Boost Hub

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Startup Boost Inc. dba Boost Miami ("Boost Miami," "we," "us," or "our") operates Boost Hub and its connected services, including Boost Box (together, the "Hub"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit the Hub, use an account or shared link, communicate with us, or connect an account to our services.

The Hub supports our client relationships and creative marketing, content, social media, advertising, and web services. This policy applies to clients, their authorized representatives, team members, contractors, and visitors. It does not replace a separate service agreement or govern the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact information: names, email addresses, contact details, organization, profile images, sign-in identifiers, and access preferences.
  • Information you provide: business and project details, messages, comments, approvals, uploaded files, photos, videos, audio, and other content submitted or shared through the Hub.
  • Service and transaction records: requests, appointments, agreements, signatures, billing details, and payment authorizations where applicable. Authorization forms may collect card or bank account details, account-holder information, and billing addresses. Submitting an authorization does not itself process a payment. Sensitive payment information is subject to additional access restrictions.
  • Connected-account information: account or channel identifiers, profile details, authorization credentials, and content or performance information available under the permissions you grant.
  • Technical and activity information: device and browser details, IP addresses, timestamps, sign-in events, file activity, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the Hub.

Information may come directly from you, an authorized representative of your organization, our team, or a service you connect. Please provide only information you are authorized to share and avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for the service.

3. How we use information

  • Provide the Hub and the services requested by you or your organization.
  • Manage accounts, access, projects, files, communications, approvals, and service delivery.
  • Carry out authorized content publishing, social media, advertising, and related account activities.
  • Process service records and payment authorizations, and maintain necessary business records.
  • Send service updates, reminders, security notices, and other relevant communications.
  • Maintain reliability, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and protect people and information.
  • Comply with applicable law and resolve requests or disputes.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide agreed services, pursue legitimate business and security interests, meet legal obligations, or act with your consent. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it, without affecting processing that already occurred.

4. Connected accounts and platforms

Connecting a third-party account is optional. We use the access granted to support the services you authorize. The provider's permission screen describes the requested access; available information and actions depend on that access. We do not ask you to share your third-party account password with us.

You may revoke access through the provider's account settings or contact us for help disconnecting. Revoking access prevents future authorized account activity but does not automatically remove content already published on the platform or records we must retain. Third-party platforms handle information under their own privacy policies.

5. Google and YouTube information

The Hub uses YouTube API Services. If you connect a YouTube channel, we request permission to upload videos and read channel information so we can identify the connected channel and support authorized publishing. We may store channel identifiers, basic channel details, upload status, published video identifiers, and authorization credentials needed to maintain the connection.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Access and disclosure are limited to providing or improving authorized user-facing features, necessary service providers, security purposes, legal requirements, or other circumstances permitted by that policy.

YouTube features are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Hub's Google access through your Google Account permissions. To request disconnection or deletion of associated stored information, email hello@boostmiami.com. Removing a connection does not delete videos already uploaded to YouTube.

6. AI-assisted services

Some services use AI to assist with content and related requests. Relevant prompts, files, or other information may be sent to an AI service provider to process the requested task. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is relied on or published. Google API information remains subject to the restrictions described above.

7. How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as appropriate for the purposes in this policy, including:

  • Authorized collaborators: people in your organization, our team, and service partners who need information to provide services, subject to applicable access restrictions.
  • Service providers: providers of hosting, storage, communications, authentication, payments, AI processing, and other services needed to operate the Hub.
  • Platforms and recipients you authorize: connected accounts, publication destinations, and people who receive content or shared links.
  • Legal and security purposes: where necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.
  • Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.

Content you authorize for public publication may be visible to anyone. A recipient may access information available through a shared link, so share links only with intended recipients.

8. Cookies and browser storage

The Hub and integrated services may use cookies or similar browser storage to maintain sign-in, remember preferences, and support security and reliable operation. Your browser lets you manage or clear these technologies, though doing so may sign you out or affect functionality. Embedded third-party content may also use its own cookies under the provider's policy.

9. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, protected connections, and restricted handling of sensitive credentials. Access depends on a person's role and authorized service needs. No system is completely secure; keep your sign-in details and shared links protected, and report suspected unauthorized access to us.

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use appropriate safeguards.

10. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain an account or business relationship, protect security, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed; not all records have the same retention period.

You may request deletion using the contact below. We may need to verify your identity and authority, and may retain records where required or permitted by law. Backup copies may remain until they expire through normal backup processes. Account closure, disconnection, and deletion of stored information are separate actions; content published to third-party platforms must also be managed there.

11. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to exceptions.

Contact us to make a request. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, and will respond as required by applicable law. If your organization provided the information, we may coordinate the request with its authorized representative. You may also manage connected-account permissions with the relevant provider. Optional promotional communications can be declined; necessary service and security notices may still be sent.

12. Children

The Hub is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain consent.

14. Contact us
